We are not hiring yet — and we would rather say that plainly than post ghost roles. But we are building a bench of people we want to work with when the prototype phase opens up.

Where hiring stands
Brobot is founder-led and in its research phase. The first hires will come when the VTOL testbed and coordination stack need more hands than one person has — realistically alongside the prototype phase on our roadmap.
The people we will look for first: embedded and flight-software engineers, perception/ML engineers, and mechanical designers who like being close to hardware. People who prefer field logs over slide decks will feel at home.
